Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options are displayed during checkout and may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
- FedEx Ground
- FedEx Express (where available)
Available carriers and services may vary based on destination and package size.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
- FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days
Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control may extend delivery times.
Signature Requirements
Quantara Peptide Sciences Inc. reserves the right to require an adult signature for orders at our discretion, particularly for high-value purchases or where fraud prevention measures indicate additional verification is appropriate.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order.
Quantara Peptide Sciences Inc. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned Packages
Packages returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Undeliverable address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to claim the package
may be reshipped at the customer’s expense after the package is returned to us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss generally pass to the customer.
If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.
While we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible, Quantara Peptide Sciences Inc. is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the package and contents before opening further.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photographs with your claim.
Failure to report damage promptly may affect our ability to assist with a carrier claim.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some research materials may require refrigerated storage upon receipt.
Customers should retrieve delivered packages promptly and store products according to the storage instructions provided on the product label or accompanying documentation.
Quantara Peptide Sciences Inc. is not responsible for product degradation resulting from delays in retrieving delivered packages or improper storage after delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Quantara Peptide Sciences Inc. ships only to locations where our products may be lawfully sold and possessed.
We reserve the right to:
- Decline shipments to restricted jurisdictions.
- Cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.
