At Quantara Peptide Sciences, we are committed to providing high-quality laboratory research products. Due to the specialized nature of our products and to protect product integrity and quality, all sales are final.
No Returns
Quantara Peptide Sciences does not accept returns of any products once an order has shipped or has been delivered.
For quality assurance, safety, and inventory control, returned laboratory research materials cannot be restocked or resold.
No Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Ordering the wrong quantity
- Customer error during checkout
- Product no longer needed
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Refusal of shipment
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Shipping Errors or Damaged Orders
If you receive:
- The incorrect product,
- A product damaged during transit, or
- An incomplete order,
You must notify Quantara Peptide Sciences within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
We may request photographs of the shipping package, product packaging, labels, and contents to evaluate the issue.
If we determine that the error was caused by Quantara Peptide Sciences, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Ship the correct product,
- Replace the damaged product, or
- Issue a refund or store credit where appropriate.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.
Quantara Peptide Sciences is not responsible for shipping delays, weather events, customs delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once they have entered processing or have been shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
